DirMaint release 4 became generally available in March of 1989,
and supported all releases of VM/ESA Version 1.
DirMaint release 4 was withdrawn from marketing in October of 1995
(concurrent with the general availability of
DirMaint Release 5).
Although new APARs will no longer be accepted for DirMaint release 4
(after 1996-10-25), the following existing PTFs remain orderable:
UV99140
Provides accumulated documentation updates
from 1989-03 to 1993-11-30.
The PTF includes three files, one suitable for a 38PP printer,
one for a 3820 printer, and one for a 1403 compatible printer.
This is recommended for all DirMaint release 4 customers.
UV98140
The latest DirMaint release 4 preventive service,
equivalent to PUT 9305.
This is recommended for all DirMaint release 4 customers.
UV90728
DirMaint release 4 new function support for VM/ESA 1.2.2.
This PTF is recommended for all DirMaint release 4 customers
running on VM/ESA 1.2.2 (or later).
UV59246
Corrections to special password (AUTOONLY, LBYONLY, NOLOG, and NOPASS)
processing.
UV58270
Error checking for DIRMAINT, DATAMOVE, or DIRMSAT servers running
in a MACHINE XC mode environment.
