Domain 1 - Monitor Domain
Record 3 - Suspension Record
DESCRIPTION - Indicates the number of event records lost due
to the monitor suspending. Monitoring may be
suspended because the event portion of the DCSS
is full, or the IUCV path to the receiving virtual
machine has been quiesced. This record is the first
record in the first block of data sent, after the
suspension has ended.
