MRUSELOF Prolog

 DSECT NAME - USELOF
FUNCTION - Map a Monitor record.
 LOCATED BY -
        Through the Monitor Control Area
 REFERENCED CONTROL BLOCKS -
        MRRECHDR Monitor Record Header
 NAME - MRUSELOF
DESCRIPTIVE NAME - Monitor Event Record
                    Domain 4 - User Domain
Record 2 - User Logoff Data
DESCRIPTION - Records a user that has logged off. A record
is created for the base VMDBK and each virtual@SQ534PQ
CPU that is active at LOGOFF.
NOTE - Alternate VMDBKs of the user that has logged off are
recorded in MRUSEDTC (Domain 4, Record 6).
      - Fields which are valid only for the base VMDBK are
indicated in the comments for the fields.
