              located in module HCPBST.
 LOCATED BY : HCPBSTBL in module HCPDPS is device table origin
 CREATED BY : Device table is predefined, not allocated at
              run time
 DELETED BY : Never deleted
 SERIALIZED : The device table is read only, never updated
