DESCRIPTION: Request block
DSECT : REQBK
FUNCTION : This DSECT maps each entry in a list of
unique requests.
LOCATED BY : Dependent on the function using this
generic control block.
CREATED BY : Dependent on the function using this
generic control block.
DELETED BY : Dependent on the function using this
generic control block.
SERIALIZED : Request block chain lock defined by the
function.
COMMENTS : This control block is defined to be a
generic control block for functions that
need to manage requests. For example, it
can be used to match a request and its
asynchronous response.
This block should be used in conjunction
with the HCPREQST macro, which manages a
queue of REQBKs.
