FUNCTION : To map out the directory header information
in a 3800 image library file.
LOCATED BY : The directory header is located at the
beginning of the first directory record in
the file.
CREATED BY : IMAGELIB command (HCPNMTBL)
IMAGEMOD command (DMSIMAGE)
DELETED BY : All the contents of an IMG file, including
the IDHBKs, are deleted by the "PURGE IMG"
command processing (HCPCSUPU).
