STOBK Prolog

 Name       : DMSSTOBK
 Description: Storage descriptor block
 DSECT      : STOBK
 Function   : Mapping macro which maps allocated
              and unallocated storage. There is a STOBK for
              every page of storage within the virtual
              machine.
