From Ken Drysdale, ITSD:

This program uses the IBM supplied exit OFSCURSX to invoke a web browser for a URL selected in a note. This exit is provided in OfficeVision release 4.

When called, the exit will locate a blank delimited word based on the current cursor location. If the text begins with 'http://' (not case sensitive) then the web browser (WWW EXEC) will be called. The selected URL is passed as an argument. Upon exit from WWW EXEC, OFSCURSR is passed a return code '1' indicating that the command has been processed. If any of the requirements are not met or WWW EXEC does not exist, OFSCURSX returns a '0'. OFSCURSR will then process the text as a document number.
