VM/ESA 2.3.0 Performance Update

Abstract
VM/ESA 2.3.0 performance is clearly documented in the performance
report available on the VM Home Page. If you care about performance but
don't have time to read the 100+ page report, then this is the session
for you. Performance related changes such as record level minidisk cache,
segment table management, and the CMS EXECUTE macro will be discussed
along with measurement results. TCP/IP function level 310 is a priced
feature that comes with VM/ESA 2.3.0. The performance changes in TCP/IP
will be mentioned briefly, but there will be a separate presentation that
covers the details.
