I currently work in VM/ESA Level 2 Customer support.
This is a rather
exciting job, and can be quite challenging at times. The people
in the service and development area are generally great and willing
to help with anything.....but thats sorta par for the course here
in the Endicott NY area!
I work in the CP CONSOLE support group, which includes support for

, consoles, sna/ccs, logical devices, logon/logoff, iucv,
virtual ipl, commands, tsaf, and avs, and...get the picture?
