Subscription & Support (S&S)

Support for z/VM is provided and licensed under the IBM International Agreement for Acquisition of Support (Z125-6011).

Subscription & Support also known as S&S must be ordered with the product. The order establishes entitlement and provides support for z/VM or the optional features. S&S must be ordered for all optional features.

If a 5741-SNS order is declined, during the product order process you will only be entitled to support under the basic warranty. You will not be entitled to the benefits listed below.

z/VM S&S (annual subscription) provides:
• New versions, and new releases
• Software Product Updates
• Recommended Service Updates (RSUs)
• Technical support
